What is Southside 45?
Southside 45 was created to fulfill a need in the fitness industry. While many gyms nationwide offer great workouts and similar style, Southside 45 looks to bring its members a new, fresh workout daily that keeps your body from plateauing, blasts calories from the comfort of your home by a live, real time instructor. The concept of Southside 45 was in process prior to the 2020 pandemic crisis. However, now more than ever the ability to bring our fitness family an online, instructor led workout is paramount.
Cannot find a scheduled class that works for you? No problem!
Don’t see a class time that works but have few friends, employees, coworkers, etc. that would like to virtually workout? No problem contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for alternate class times and I’ll create your class for groups of 6 or more.
What can I expect from a Southside 45 workout?
Most workouts only require body weight and are designed in a manner to keep your heart rate elevated and increase your fitness. The format will be Tabata/ HIIT style with variations offered as you need them. Class designs will be discussed and demonstrations of the workout will be given as we warm up. No experience necessary!
Meet Our Trainer
You may recognize Kelly Pool as an area marathon runner in Toledo. Kelly is an AFAA certified fitness instructor, marathon coach for Dave’s running and education professional. Kelly has been involved in the fitness industry since 1998 and has led many group fitness classes in the past.
She has competed in over 20 marathons including multiple world major events such as Boston and Chicago. Kelly’s training groups know her commitment training, core strength and developing a love for movement and health! Come join us and see.
